The Applied Ops mission is simple - provide great services at great prices. Like most great companies we started out looking to fill what we felt was a void in the market. | Tom Sparks - Founder Tom Sparks has been in the business since 1995 and was most recently CTO of UnitedLayer. Tom has worked for MSN, Homestore.com, Softbank and many others. Tom is "the router guy" with a compulsion for uptime and reliability.
